This Privacy Policy explains how ToneRiff collects, uses, and shares information when you use the ToneRiff mobile application (the “App”). ToneRiff helps guitarists research song tones and adapt amp settings to their own gear.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:

Account information. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive identity information needed to create and maintain your account, such as a unique account ID and, when provided by the sign-in provider, your name and email address. Apple may provide a private relay email instead of your real address.

Profile and gear data. Gear you add to your rig (for example guitar, amp, multi-FX, and pedals), active-rig selections, saved or favorited tones, and adapted tone results you choose to keep.

Song and adaptation requests. When you research or adapt a tone, we process song details you select (such as title, artist, album, artwork URL, and related metadata) and the gear configuration used for the adaptation.

Purchase information. Subscription status and entitlements are managed through Apple’s App Store and RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Device / local data. Some rig information may also be stored on your device so the App can work smoothly while you use it

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• create and authenticate your account
• save your gear, favorites, and adapted tones
• research reference tones and generate gear-adapted settings
• provide, maintain, and improve the App
• process subscriptions and restore purchases
• respond to support requests you send us
• comply with law and protect the security of the service
